One of our trained technicians will visit your home free of charge to evaluate your maintenance needs. We’ll take note of important details—like furnace filter sizes and water softener salt types—to create a custom maintenance plan just for you.
Step 2: Select Services
After your walkthrough, we’ll provide a customized quote the same day. You’ll be able to select the services that best meet your needs & schedule your first visit.

Step 3: Quarterly Visits
Once your plan is approved, our Marigold Home Services technicians will visit every quarter to complete scheduled maintenance of your selected services. The quarterly services you selected will be performed every visit. Annual & semi-annual services will be performed during the visit that corresponds to the appropriate season. These consistent, quarterly visits will keep your home running efficiently.
